Bang Bang Cauliflower

This is like Cauliflower popcorn! Try and cut the cauliflower into bite sized pieces as they will cook and crisp up better. Sometimes I just add crispy chilli oil instead of making the sauce.

This is a great side dish or could also be a great nibble for when guests come over.

  1. Heat oven 200. C
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. In a bowl add flour, paprika and garlic powder.
  4. Whisk in milk until it forms a batter.
  5. In a shallow dish, add breadcrumbs.
  6. Toss cauliflower pieces in batter then breadcrumbs then place on oven tray.
  7. Cook for 30 mins.
  8. Meanwhile mix the sauce ingredients.
  9. Put cooked cauliflower in a large bowl, add sauce and toss.
  10. Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with red chilli, sesame seeds and eschallots.
