Louise's Kitchen on The Morning Show - July 2025

I was thrilled to appear on The Morning Show again, this time as a Content Creator from Louise's Kitchen.

It was great to have a hand in deciding what to cook because I always love to hero fresh fruit and vegetables in my cooking!

Hubby and I flew up to Sydney (along with all the ingredients and finished products) and I was happy to make it through airport security with all that food!

A lot of prep goes into the segment and I was supported by the awesome Channel 7 team to get everything looking "camera ready".

I ended up dropping a cheeky line or two, which Larry loved.
