Louise's Kitchen on Sunrise - June 2026

I answered a last minute call up to appear live in the Sydney studio on Sunrise. Of course I can help!

Hubby and I hot footed it to Sydney for a quick 24 hours.

It was the first day of winter and they wanted to showcase seasonal fruit and veggies for the colder months.

Nat and Shirvo genuinely enjoyed tasting my Smashed Brussels Sprouts and Chocolate and Raspberry Mandarin Bark

This was truly a wonderful experience and great exposure for me.
