
Baked Brie With Fig Jam & Pecans
For my last birthday I was given a little pot for baking cheese and I finally used it, with huge success! If you dont have one you can easily use a suitably sized ramekin that is oven proof and pop foil over it.
Ingredients:
1 x 125g wheel of Brie or Camembert Cheese
3 heaped Tblsp Fig Jam
1 handful of Pecans, chopped roughly
Sprigs of fresh Rosemary
Method:
Preheat oven to 180.C
Score the top of the cheese with a sharp knife in a criss cross pattern.
Place in cheese pot or ramekin.
Place jam and nuts on top of cheese. Then add leaves of rosemary.
Cook in oven 20 mins.
Serve with crackers and enjoy that gooey-ness!
